Dreams villa resort was lovely at first sight, 10 villas surrounding a lovely lagoon pool, and beautiful gardens. We were shown to our villa, and petty much, that was that. No discussion on where to find pool towels, groceries, services, etc. Hand towels and face washers disappeared after the first day & never reappeared, despite leaving a note. Rooms not cleaned as well as the first day, and downstairs toilet never cleaned. Had a rim of scum since we moved in. Food in restaurant was nice, though not particularly cheap, compared to what you can get in Bo Phut. We were there for a family wedding and some of our party got their villas cancelled the day before they left Australia (from what we understood, they received a longer booking). And a petty dispute over an unpaid meal from the restaurant (from a family member who had already left and thought they d finalised everything) turned nasty and the staff were completely unprofessional about the situation, throwing things around and screaming at the bride. Returned on our last night about 7.30 for dinner and the kitchen was closed (last orders at 8.30). In the end, sorry to say, not impressed at all - particularly after the final couple of days.
